In the registration form we collect: your name, contact details (phone/Telegram), participants' names, information about Jewish roots, and any note you choose to write.

This information is used solely to manage event registration — confirming attendance, coordinating payment, and contacting you about the event. We do not sell or share this information with any third party, except Telegram (to send confirmation messages) and our hosting provider, which stores the data on servers in the Russian Federation in accordance with Russian law 152-FZ.

Data is kept for as long as needed to organize the event, and deleted upon request. To review, correct, or delete your information, please contact us through the community's contact details.
